Food Security, Safety And Quality Training

  • Overview

INTRODUCTION

When everyone has constant physical and financial access to enough wholesome food that satisfies their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy lifestyle, there is a state of food security. Contrarily, food insecurity is a symptom of a continuum that also encompasses hunger (lack of food), malnutrition (nutrient deficiencies, imbalances, or excesses), and famine. As a result, this training program is intended to serve as a manual for ensuring that access to nutritious food is both a human right and a goal of sustainable development.
