INTRODUCTION

In the workplace, sexual harassment can occur to anyone, at any time. In the workplace, harassment can affect supervisors, workers, and clients in equal measure. Anyone in the office has the potential to harass employees. In the current world, fifty percent of working women have been the victim of harassment. Employee productivity issues, such as high staff turnover and low individual or team output, can also a result of harassment. Since it can influence even workers who have not experienced the vice, sexual harassment is a severe problem in the workplace. This course seeks to educate participants on the essential concepts of sexual harassment for both employers and employees.
