INTRODUCTION

This program provides participants with project management, monitoring, and evaluation skills while introducing fundamental concepts and procedures in the management, monitoring, and assessment of international development projects. The program combines planning and management principles with developing data gathering and analytical skills.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Participants will be able to: by the end of the course;

Understand monitoring and evaluation concepts

Creating M&E frameworks and systems

Understanding the framework, creating monitoring and evaluation plans, and putting them into action

Select pertinent metrics and data for the evaluation.

Realistic expected results should be defined based on proper analysis.

Appropriate indicators should be used to track progress toward results and resources used.

DURATION

10 days.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
